How Sabbihub works
Experts share a personal link with offers for one-to-one calls or guided tasks. Buyers pay before the service starts. Experts receive 90% of retained service revenue; the platform covers processing costs. This local preview uses sample accounts and simulated payments.
Calls and joining links
Creators save a reusable HTTPS link from Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or another provider in their availability settings. After the buyer chooses a time and payment is confirmed, both people can join from the booking page and receive the link by email. Calls cannot be purchased until the creator has saved a valid link.
Cancelling a call
Buyer cancellation at least 24 hours before the start receives a full refund. Cancellation within 24 hours but before the start receives 50%, except a call still waiting for its link receives a full refund. After the start, no automatic buyer refund applies. An expert cancellation receives a full refund. A buyer can request one reschedule at least 24 hours before the call.
Working through a task
A guided task includes an initial review (70% of the price) and one follow-up (30%). Experts must start within 24 hours, with initial feedback due within 48 hours of payment. Buyers have 7 days to submit corrections; final feedback is due within 48 hours. Missed delivery deadlines enter a 24-hour grace period before automatic refunds.
Cancelling a guided task
Cancel before work starts for a full refund. Once the expert has started, a buyer can cancel the unused follow-up for 30%; the initial review remains due. If corrections are not submitted within 7 days, the unused follow-up is refunded. Missing initial delivery earns a full refund; missing the follow-up earns 30%.
Problems, refunds, and payouts
Report a problem from your order within 48 hours after service closure. Open disputes hold payout eligibility until the team resolves them. Refund authorisation is separate from receipt of funds. Provider processing times apply. Eligible payouts require verified details and settled payments. This is not a promise of instant settlement.

Use this platform for practical learning and skills. You must be 18 or older. Do not share passwords, payment card details, identity documents, or unnecessary personal information in messages. Medical, legal, investment, and other regulated advice are outside this launch scope.
